Booking request
For permanent guests and companies, the price on the weekend is the same as during the week. I am not VAT registered subject. We prefer cash payments, we accept card payments, or invoices for companies.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we would like to point out that our accommodation does not accept guests under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. Thank you for understanding and adhering to this policy to create a pleasant and peaceful environment for all our guests.

How to get to us
If you head to Mladá Boleslav in the direction from Prague on the D10 motorway (formerly the R10 expressway) towards Liberec, you will pass two Mladá Boleslav exits and continue on, passing the Škoda Auto plant on your left and the Škoda Auto Part Center on your right, you will reach Exit 46 Kosmonosy, where you will turn off the R10. Continue straight ahead through three roundabouts and turn right at the third roundabout towards Kosmonosy. Continue along Boleslavská Street for about 500m. You will find us on your right hand side.
